As we look ahead, part of our vision to growth both deep and wide in our impact as a church. We will need to expand, grow and stretch ourselves in many different ways in the years to come, but I wholeheartedly believe that over the course of the season to come, that God will do something truly amazing in and through The Well. With that in mind, I am excited to share that we have set a goal to raise $320,000 over the next 2 years. This might initially seem daunting, but I believe in our church and the power found in of our collective generosity.

So why is this goal so important and why are we attempting to raise this money? Reaching our goal is important because it will empower us to take our mission and vision into greater levels of depth and breadth. We've broken that grown down into three major pillars:

1. Move into our new church home
2. Invest in and grow a compelling kids and youth ministry,  
3. Increase our impact and connection within our local community.

Looking at where are church is, and where we hope to be, we know that these three major things need to be realized in the season to come. Our first major hurdle is space. Though our season launching at Good News was wonderful - we quickly out grew the space. More than that, we know that as much as we love where we met, that it was not close to where much of our congregation live - which connects to our final goal of connecting with and engaging our neighbors. So for The Well, finding and re-launching in a space we can grow in is an essential goal for us and our future. Lastly, as we move into that space, we know that our church will continue to reach and connect with young families in our region. Knowing that, we see how important that launching a compelling ministry for kids and students will be. This goal is so important as we continue to create space for families and help to invest in and raise up new generations of fully inclusive followers of Jesus. So as you consider engaging in this campaign with us - know that you are helping us to realize and live into these goals as we move the direction that God is leading this church.

I understand that not everyone is in the same place financially, and that’s perfect! My encouragement to our entire congregation is that regardless of where you are financially, that you would prayerfully consider not how much to give, but rather ask yourself what it looks like for you to give to God in this season with a spirit of radical generosity. The answer to that question will be unique for all of us. Regardless of the gift, your generosity will propel our church further into the direction that God is leading us, and I can't wait to see what amazing things will come from it. The best is truly yet to come.
